The purpose of coating treatment is to have a beautiful effect in the fields of architecture, decoration, and home; Second, the coating process and coating thickness are directly related to the product quality and service life of the coated aluminum coil.

The coating process is a more critical step in the production of colored aluminum coil, which directly affects the final coating quality and product durability. Therefore, the coating process is very strict. With the continuous improvement of coating equipment and the development and utilization of new coatings, the production of coated aluminum coils is more mature, and the processing cost is also declining. The coated aluminum coil has thus been rapidly developed. So what is the specific process of coating aluminum coil?

Generally, the production process of coil coating has five steps, namely coil input, cleaning and chemical treatment, painting, curing and finished product output. The process layout and equipment composition are different in different situations, but the basic part is the same.

First, the raw material coil input, is the continuous unwinding machine to ensure the continuous and stable input of the coil production line, some take the cross rotating beam loading machine, there are also two sets of alternating unwinding machine before and after, in short, in order to supply the coil in time;

Second, surface cleaning and chemical treatment, is to make the upper and lower surface of the aluminum roll must be cleaned, chemical pretreatment, in order to ensure that the paint can be firmly attached;

Third, is painting, a production line at least two or more roller coating machine, to ensure that the top paint and primer two layers of coating;

Fourth, the paint curing, refers to the just painted roll to contact the next roller surface to complete the fixed phone, to avoid mutual adhesion and damage, generally speaking, contains at least two curing boxes;

Fifth, is the output of finished products, to ensure that the production line speed and finished product volume transfer synchronization.
