1.This machine cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system . The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, separate welding. Surely,if the power supply is enough big,it can also adopt the welding at the same time.

2.Line wires adopt per-cut wires,line wires are put by hand based on the positioning device,then automatic tightening and send the down electrodes by sending line wires car installed with the step motor; When the mesh is being welded, line wires of the next mesh can be placed, which greatly shortens the working interval time of the machine.

3. Cross wires also adopt pre-cut wires,the cross wire hopper obtains wires by motor driver devices, electric magnetic increase feeding device auto-feeding the wefts into the preparation area of the device from the large storing hopper(storage up to kg),it is installed in the removable pulling mesh rack,very convenient to adjust and maintain.

4.Our transformers adopts big power at 200KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system,so the machine can work for 24 hours continuously.

5.Pulling mesh way adapts servo motor back and forward according to the setting parameters into the touch screen.
